We hired Jari as our project manager for a complete renovation in 2021. We could not be happier with the process and the results.

The first phase of the renovation was to create a living space above the garage. Insulation was placed behind the walls and under the floor. Jari created a kitchenette, bathroom, sleeping and living areas, and a pantry and clothes closet. The electrical system was updated and the heating system was replaced. The space received new flooring and paint. We lived comfortably in this space while the rest of the house was renovated.

In-floor radiant heating was installed in the main house. The kitchen was made more spacious and completely updated. The electrical system was updated and new fixtures were installed. Every bathroom was updated with granite, paint, and new plumbing fixtures. The laundry area was relocated. The entire house received new flooring and rooms were painted where needed. Every room in our house was improved in some way.

Jari has a friendly, outgoing demeanor which she easily maintains while remaining focused on the task at hand. Jari has great communication, listening, and organizational skills, it was clear that the subcontractors respected her. She handled any concerns which arose, keeping our interests at the fore front. Jari was easy to contact. Most of our phone calls were answered immediately or messages were returned promptly. She kept us updated with a monthly schedule and maintained a project budget.
